Neil runs a Ceilidh Collective which provides traditional musicians for Ceilidh's, Burns events, private parties and corporate functions.

In addition to their normal bookings Chitterybite have been the resident band for "Ceilidh in the City", the friday night Ceilidh's in the fantastic Ballroom at Sloans Glasgow which has become something of a ceilidh institution attracting young and old dancers as well as a great many oversea's visitors the band has had the pleasure of making the aquaintance of over the years.

 

The band was formed in Glasgow in 2000 and has featured over 40/50 musicians playing in it's ranks through the years. The current core revolves around 25 musicians who regularly play together in various line up's and are based in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perthshire.

 

The band has also provided a mentoring platform for younger musicians to gain experience of playing traditional tunes for

dancing or listening in front of an audience.
